Robot system from Migatronic Automation with a FANUC welding robot type ArcMate 100iC/12, a 180° turning table, which on each side has a turntable that can turn the workpiece while welding. This ensures a high arc time, as welding can be done on one table while removing and loading workpieces on the other. The manipulators are controlled by the robot controller and run synchronously with the robot's 6 axes.
